Ghana Helicopter Tragedy Victims’ Children’s Support Fund accumulates over GH¢10m 
The August 6th Helicopter Tragedy Victims’ Children’s Support Fund has accumulated over GH¢10 million and $20,000.00.  
A statement issued by Dr Valerie Sawyerr, Senior Presidential Advisor on Governmental Affairs, and Coordinator of the Fund, published the list of donors to the Children’s Support Fund received between October 17, 2025 and February 7, 2026, to ensure the welfare of the children of the victims of the August 6 helicopter crash.  
They include Ghana Reinsurance, the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts (MoTCCA), Vitol Ghana Services Limited, Kenneth Nana Kwame Brown, and Timothy Addai Adivilah Balag’Kutu. 
Others are Ministry for the Interior, Andra Appenteng, Stay String, Kenneth Brown, Presidential Staffers, Office of the President, Allied Health Professionals, Seth Emanuel, Francis Dodoo, Kosmos Energy Ghana, Padi Keteku, Kenneth Brown, PSC Tema, and Seth Padi Ologo. 
It said donations could be made to the Fund via the following Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited accounts (Stanbic Heights Branch, Accra): Ghana cedi (GHS) Account: 9040013628372 US dollar (USD) Account: 9040013628534 Cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to: CHILDREN SUPPORT FUND 6825. 
MOMO payments can also be made via the attached payment platforms, the statement added.
