Eden South is a book that takes one through a voyage of life, art and religion. Dedicated to knowledge, the highest goal, it begins from an African perspective, talking about how Black Africa continues to be excluded from the glory of ancient Egyptian culture. The basis of that line of thought is that early civilization, most of all religion, had a shared early origin, and only later did it splinter into irreconcilable factions. If the Garden of Eden began in the area of the Red Sea, according to the Holy Bible, then just south of there and slightly to the left is West Africa. The book discusses the old religions of ancient Egypt, of Europe and its assorted Gods, of West African 'primitive' worship, and also of Judaism, Islam and Christianity, and manages to find some stunning similarities between them all. It is a book of understanding and concise reading.
